Stuff worth waiting for

Just a heads up, I’m down with a bad case of the sneezles so I’ll probably make some mistakes or may seem incoherent at times.. you know, with my brain turned into snot and feeling like Thor’s goat car trampled me several times it’s something unavoidable XP Ah, and for those of you that are unaware the cause for thunderstorms is when Thor drinks too much mead and decides to take his badass goat car for some drifting/racing! XD but I digress!

Both of the following aren’t exactly “fresh news”, some time went by without having the time to mention them, but nonetheless they deserve a few lines.

First off we have one that will probably please the rest of the geeks of the household, and also the one from down under XP, as the mockumentary film ” What we do in the Shadows”, that Mogu Mogu Chan talked about before, is getting a sequel! The original followed a group of vampires living together in New Zealand and trying to adapt to the modern times and trends (it’s a waay short version of it, if you want to know more check Mogu’s article or, you know, go watch the movie ’cause it will be worth your time) while the sequel will focus on Anton, the werewolf (not swearwolfs) pack leader.  Which is also kind of cool as we’ll have insight on the furballs XD

Supposedly there is also talks about a spin off series revolving around the two cops that were sent to investigate at the vampire’s house.. which I don’t find all that interesting but oh well, it’s related!

“The story of The Empire of Corpses takes place in 19th century Europe, and revolves around John Watson. He is scouted by the government to become a secret agent – However, Watson lives in a world where “Frankensteins”- human corpses that are re-purposed with a false soul in order to use them as laborers – are used to improve industrial development.” Anime news network

This will be one of the three movie adaptations of the novels by Project Itoh and is set to debut, in Japan of course, on October 2nd. It may not seem very interesting at first but I’ll leave you with the trailer and I’m sure you’ll be as anxious as me to see Frankenstein, the steampunk anime adaptation XD.
